I thought this was a very good dvd, you definetly get your money's worth as he goes from drill to drill quickly. I have purchased other instructional dvd's and you spend the majority of your time watching the same drill for way too long. Coach Procopio does a great job of incorporating perimeter and post players together to make workouts gamelike. I also liked how the drills were different, and not the basic drills coaches have been using for years.
