Pilates Toning Ring Kit
I am newer to pialtes so I fit the target user of this system. However, if you have never done any work with the ring before, this is a great place to start. I was amazed that by using the ring, I could feel the muscles being used slightly harder as well as in a different way. I wouldn't call this a hard toning workout, but you do feel all the muscles of your body working.
