Nintendo DS: Yet Another Editorial
Well, previous estimates priced the DS at $200 and PSP at $300. Both quite pricey, but at least Sony could argue that theirs is the more powerful machine and worth the extra $100. Now, a $300 price tag would just about seem like suicide. People would notice, that’s not only twice the price of every videogame system on the market, but twice the price of its direct competitor. Even being a “more powerful” machine, it would be seen as ridiculously overpriced.
