(The knot cord was wrapped around the knucklebow when I got the sword, and, because of its age, I have not pushed it through the opening in the knucklebow.) Photo lights caused the hilt and knot to appear slightly lighter than their actual color. Some rust spots on the blade and the belt and hangers have aged to different shades of blue.
