Los Cardos Malbec Rose
This wine is all about terroir. Los Cardos takes its name from the Spanish word for "thistle". Local farmers in Mendoza know that where these "weeds" with their intensely colored flowers grow is a good terroir. Terroir is of utmost importance at Doña Paula (producer of Los Cardos). The estate is only a decade old, but they’ve selected some of the best vineyard sites in the Lujan de Cuyo and Tupungato regions of Mendoza.
