Just received them what is now yesterday, seeing as how it's 1:30 AM the next morning. I took one cap, didn't feel much of an effect after an hour, so I took second one. I definitely felt the effect after the second one. As of right now, I feel very relaxed, calm, and content. I suffer from major anxiety, and this most definitely takes most of that anxiety away. I bought the 30 capsules this time, but when I run out, I am definitely buying the 60. This is a great product and I highly recommend it...
