Somewhat faded, but legible, blue ink autograph on undated page 2 from contract. Slight toning near edges of contract, but otherwise fine. Signed contracts are particularly difficult to locate. A really rare piece.

The contract references the film under its working title "Between The Lines", filmed at Hal Roach Studios. The contract, which is dated March 22, 1950, is the oldest Monroe movie contract that we have seen hit the market, dating from the turbulent early period of her career, pre-dating her breakout starring role in Niagara by three years.
