April 08, 2011: Ever since I saw this story back in 1977 I was blown away my the excellent acting, superb direction (Zefferelli is a GENIUS), and the sensitivity of the writing, production-in short, everything worked together to make this particular portrayal of the Passion of Christ the absolute best I've ever seen.
