The center of this heart shaped brooch(we will refer to it as such) which is set in filigreed gold tone metal is a large emerald art glass stone. It is surrounded by a thin corded gold tone border. We next find alternating round light green and amber faceted rhinestones (nine of each) on the periphery of which is another border of corded swirled gold tone metal.

Description: Unique vintage gold plated pentagonal brooch featuring lovely blue/aqua/green art glass cabochons in buttercup settings, the colors shift with the light for a water-like effect. SOLD A metal pierced back that is rectangular with the turned up metal edges is distinctive and a known Haskell finding. The pin assembly is a safety catch type. I love the vivid color of the glass beads. These same colors can be seen in many Haskell pieces. The metal is Russian gold- tone. The glass beads in the middle of the floral motif are the same color as the large red dangling bead. They are sitting atop dark green beads and picking up the color of the green beads making them appear darker.

This is an incredible Original Robert brooch/pin, that is created by gold tone layers of filigree. The brooch/pin has a cartouche that has “Original” in a semi circle at the top and “Robert” in a semi circle in the bottom. This is an oval micro mosaic brooch, hand-made in the early to mid-20th century with tiny bits of Italian glass. It measures 1 inch long and 3/4 inch wide. It has a safety pin clasp on the back that works well. The mosaic floral design is inset within twisted gold wires. The entire composition fills a silver-plateded base.
