I'm very pleased with the D.R. Harris Arlington soap. It's got a classic English scent; makes me feel like James Bond. Hehe. It lathers up easily into a thick, rich foam that lubricates the shave very well. Even after multiple passes and touch ups, I don't get any skin irritation which is a problem for me with some other soaps and creams. It rinses easily from both face and brush and once again, it smells great.

When you first open the package, there is a bright citrus note, almost like fruit or a candy. Too much citrus for me. It's not a bad smell at all. But then you go back to it the next day, it's a little less. Repeat for a week or two, and now you have a nice deep fern scent. Best lather of any soap I've used, and I've used a lot of soaps. 3 swirls on this soap and I have enough to cover my entire shave for 2 passes. Is it worth the money? Eh, maybe not. 4/5 for the price only.
