I love it. The workmanship of this small medal is so meticlous and intricately. This is a vintage cast brass figural bell or dinner bell in the form of a colonial woman made 1920-30s. The brass bell measures 5 inches high with a metal clapper. The bell has marks on the back which I have been unable to identify. The bell is in excellent condition and is very decorative as well as having a lovely tone.

This Colonial Woman helps her family decorate their home for the holidays using traditional fruit wreaths, candles and swags.

Finely detailed seated figures of a colonial man and woman both enhanced with hand painted gold. Both figures are delicately posed on ladder back chairs. Each figure is more animated than typical figures of this period. The lady is holding a hollowed out tea cup with the left hand and the saucer in the right.
