I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook. The narrator did a great job with different voices and emotional inflections. The stories are simple ones, chronicles of a family's everyday life in the late 1800's. It does not rely on high drama, but instead instills a sense of the beauty of ordinary life. The Ingalls family lived with little, but they were truly grateful for what they had. Their contentment is enviable. The family demonstrated great ingenuity, resourcefulness, and love as they faced life...
