I wasn't sure what to expect but I got fairly sweaty doing this workout. Sure, I have some minor complaints: the cuing is a little behind sometimes, the camera is occasionally on the instructor's smiling face (don't get me wrong-she's quite lovely) when it should be on her feet and the ab segment is tough but should be longer. But I had lots of fun doing the moves and worked more than I thought I would. There is voice-over narration, which some people don't like, however I found it very personable...
