The fact that I didnt complete the game may make me an ineligable person to rate Bioshock 2, but I believe that says something about the game. The other great reviews are most definitely correct... This is a solid game. BUT I didnt feel the same draw to Rapture like I did in the first. Travelling outside the city seems to defeat the point of the Ocean being the Untimate Enemy.
