I love this product as soon as I open it up and apply it the first few times. It helps moisturize the face and help it feel as smooth as a ...well you know. I would give it 5 out of 5, however, after a week of use, it starts to cake up on the applicator sponge & on your face. It doesn't help if your skin is especially dry during the winter months.
