My two year old loves this set-but it must be used with supervision-especially with toddlers. It is a great set-and a lot of fun for all of us. However, I immediately removed the metal rod for the triangle-big danger for young kids, not necessary. I also watch her when she has the wooden rods because the cat and electronics are subject to abuse. With these exceptions, she has a blast and is proud of her noisemaking.
