It's clamp desigh allows boom height adjustment and a quick release boom pin. Fits V-Drive boats with pylons in rear that stick up past sundeck at least 3 inches. Including New Mastercraft Maristars. Malibu V-Drives prior to 2000 need a pylon extension replacement. Make sure your pylon is NOT tapered at least 3 inches at the bottom.
