This hot plate exceeded my expectations. We were in the middle of remodeling our kitchen and needed a hot plate to cook meals for several weeks. I was expecting to be inconvenienced by the length of time it would take to cook meals on a hot plate. This plate was great! It was quick and easy to use and easy to clean up and store out of the way. I figured once the remodel was completed, I'd just throw it in the yard sale. No way!
