One of the funniest moments in "Annie Hall" has been completely RUINED in the DVD release by the ridiculous handling of the subtitles. (The scene where Annie and Alvin talk on the balcony and we see their own thoughts in subtitles.) The subtitles are no longer part of the film but show up as standard DVD captions.
