American Metalcraft (STONE15) - 15" Round Economy Pizza Stone
"It’s a good product. I think the very expansive brands may be overrated. From what I researched on the net, this product is technically ceramic (as many other stones are). It looks and feels like stone however. The only possible drawback is that it was recommend that you do not heat it over 400 degrees. Going over 400 degrees often will shorten is life. I suppose that may means it might crack someday. Like any other piazza stone you must put it in a cold oven to heat it slowly and cool it down...
