I bought a purple pair on clearance and I liked them so much, I ended up buying two more pairs, the black and navy. I don't usually do this--I'm generally a one-pair-a-year kind of person--but these shoes are amazingly comfortable. I will say that I ended up adding $10 inserts for extra heel cushioning because I've had some trouble with plantar fasciitis, so I can't speak about arch support, but with the inserts, these have replaced my usual New Balance. I ordered 9WW, and they've been super comfortable...
