Both my grandson and I love this book. The illustrations with pop ups and sounds are beautiful and magical. Probably best for children 4 and over. The book needs to be read with an adult -- not a book to be left with the child since the pop ups could be torn out. Plus there is LOTS of reading on each page so it is not an easy toddler picture book. But it is a treasure! Now looking for more books like these!
