Alessi's first collection of miniatures is a series comprising a number of classics from the last sixty years of production, from the “Bombé” teapot by Carlo Alessi (1945) to the “Mami” saucepan by Stefano Giovannoni (1999). The collection was created with special consideration for collectors of Alessi products, to give them the chance to complete their private collections of authentic objects and with considerable savings in terms of both space and expenditure.

The fruit of extensive research by Alberto Gozzi on professional bar & wine utensils. Ettore Sottsass is known the world over as one of the initiators of the revolution in architecture and design which led away from the rigid functionalism of the years prior to and following the Second World War.
