Alessi's first collection of miniatures is a series comprising a number of classics from the last sixty years of production, from the “Bombé” teapot by Carlo Alessi (1945) to the “Mami” saucepan by Stefano Giovannoni (1999). The collection was created with special consideration for collectors of Alessi products, to give them the chance to complete their private collections of authentic objects and with considerable savings in terms of both space and expenditure.

Designed between 1980 and 1983, this espresso coffee maker evolved out of the Tea & Coffee Piazza project, which saw famous architects taking up the challenge of designing a tea and coffee service.
