250 mg per tablet -- Albon is used for the treatment of different kinds of bacterial infections commonly found in dogs and cats. The active ingredient is Sulfadimethoxine.

These tablets are widely used for treatment of bacterial infections in dogs and cats and enteritis associated with coccidiosis in dogs. They should receive 25 mg per pound of body weight initially, followed by 12.5 mg. daily for 3 to 5 days.

Albon should be administered to cattle so that the initial dose is equivalent to 25 mg/lb of body weight and each subsequent daily dose is equivalent to 12.5 mg/lb of body weight. Length of treatment will depend on clinical response. In most cases, treatment for 3-4 days is adequate. Treatment should not be continued beyond 5 days.

My little dog was diagnose with UTI and my vet recomend Albon. He was down with terrible back pain. After 24 h, he stood and walk and from then till the end of the treatment he did it ok. Albon in really good for urinary tract infeccions.
