This is a solid well build product that functions as advertised. The "GlideAway" feature works flawlessly. It feels like it will outlast the bikes it carries. It will allow me to keep the bikes attached and glide it out of the way for access to both my pick-up truck and/or my SUV with a lift up hatch. I bought the 2" receiver hitch model. The product is heavy, this is not an issus for me but might be for others. The shipping involice states 48lbs shipping weight so figure a few lbs less after packaging...
