This adapter bellhousing assembly is used to adapt the GM 4.3, V8 to the Jeep AX5, 5 speed manual transmissions. The bellhousing kit includes a 356 T-6 aluminum bellhousing, universal dust cover plate, pilot bushing, AX5 bearing retainer assembly, seal, throw-out arm, slave cylinder push rod, slave cylinder push rod end, ball pivot, fastening hardware, and adapter instructions.

Full Bellhousing.

This adapter plate kit allows you to upgrade from the AX5 to a AX15 transmission. The adapter kit includes a adapter plate, throw-out bearing snout, shift tower spacer, throw-out bearing assembly, crossmember spacers, AX5 dowel pin, pilot bushing (fits late AX15 1997 & newer), AX15 seal, clutch disc, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.

We offer rebuilt NV4500 transmissions that come with a 1 year or 12,000 miles warranty. This transmission is equipped with a 29 spline output shaft and a GM input shaft. This transmission is set up to use one of our conversion bellhousings, and can be adapted to most 4WD transfer case that we offer adapter kit for.
