Acclaim Lighting 490 Builders Choice Outdoor Close to Ceiling Light
We bought these in white to replace the ceiling porch lights on our condo. They needed to match the old fixtures as closely as possible. The old ones had a plastic frame and plastic insert. These have a metal frame and glass inserts. The plastic inserts were all broken and scorched from the light bulbs, so the glass inserts will be much better. Plus these are more attractive than the old ones. A local lighting company could have ordered something similar but it would have taken 2-3 weeks! I ordered...

Lovely...we did not have room for a lantern style light as our ceiling on the porch is too low. This light however was a great choice. It gave us the "old" style we wanted...Also liked that you can not see the light bulb due to the frosted glass. Great company to shop with..thank you for your products and wonderful customer service.

Acclaim Lighting 560 Outdoor Close to Ceiling Light
We used five of these fixtures on the three porches that surround the 160 year old farmhouse we are renovating. They look great with the style of the house, especially the seeded glass. We love the fact that the bottoms are open, so dead bugs will just fall to the porch instead of collecting in the glass shade. I couldn't fairly answer the instructions and assembly question, as the electricians did the installation.
