Not something for everyone who gets migraine but perfect for me! When I bought this I had no idea what I was getting the description is somewhat vague and deceiving. It's a plain jelly icepack with 2 rubbery balls inside (a little bigger ping pong balls). I get the migraines behind the eyes that also swells my the back of my skull/ neck (the ocipital nerve). I get acupuncture which helps and they put the needles in the same point as this ice pack! I wish the pressure point balls were closer together...
