This is a great product. I hooked up to the transmitter to the cable box downstairs, then hooked up the receiver to the TV upstairs and it works perfectly. I can use the cable remote to control the box downstairs and it's much better than trying to send cables all over the house. Now I just wish I would have bought the extra receiver offered! I had bought one of these sets earlier for our church to send a video feed from the balcony downstairs to the DVD recorder and at about 200' it still works...
