As other reviewers noted, the velcro tabs just aren't enough to hold it up in the door frame so my husband screwed it in at the top. It worked pefectly - for a couple days. The magnets in the middle keep it together pretty well. We purchased mostly so our dogs can come in and out with the door open, but we forgot that our Sheltie freaks out over thunderstorms and on the first day of bad weather he shredded one side of it (from scratching at the door) and pulled it from the side of the door frame...
