After owning this trimmer for four months and about 3 hours of usage, the engine seized. Troy-Built sent me to an authorized dealer near my home for repair. When I told them It had only been used a few times and didn't appear to leak or burn oil, they said maybe I didn't hold it correctly as I used it. Troy-Built refused to repair or replace and claimed the damage was my fault.
