I am satisfied with the flag pole purchase for the most part, although the flag had only one grommet, so had to purchase a kit and add the other. Also the rope was too short, so had to splice rope together in order to raise and lower the flag. This is the first pole we have ever purchased, so maybe that's the way it's supposed to be.
