This wine is a combination of declassified grapes from Pouilly-Fuissé and St.-Veran, two of the leading appellations in Burgundy's Mâconnais. It features touches of incense and flint in its perfume; lovely notes of wildflowers and quince can also be found. The mouth is long and juicy, a blend of Meyer lemon and crisp pears, followed by suggestions of grapefruit zest—very lively.
