"The 2001 Clos du Clocher is an impressive effort from this well-situated Pomerol estate. It offers notes of blueberries, black cherry liqueur, and cassis in its sweet, concentrated, thick personality. Additional complexity should emerge with further aging. The wine is medium to full-bodied, nicely-textured, low in acidity, and loaded with fat and glycerin. It will be drinkable between 2004-2016."

Description Winemaker Notes - Our 2007 Riesling was slowly cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain all its varietal character and preserve a fresh, fruity style. This dry-styled Riesling, reminiscent of Alsace, offers enticing, fragrant aromas of ripe fig and peaches accented by hints of citrus and lovely honeysuckle. On the graceful palate, the wine’s bright key lime pie and peach flavors are heightened by a refreshing minerality that lingers through the crisp finish.

For our newest white wine, stainless steel fermentation allows us to capture the essence of California Riesling.
