Fisher Vineyards’ Mountain Estate Chardonnay is produced from vines grown on high elevation, steep, rocky slopes facing northeast. The 2006 is rich and powerful, yet elegant and refined, displaying fresh, ripe flavors of citrus and flowers, with excellent acidity. Production was 670 cases and the Texas allocation is always limited. Serve with sautéed fresh Gulf Red Snapper.
