This wine is a blend of Syrah and Mourvedre and is a complete powerhouse of a wine. Inky black with gobs of blackberry, prunes and cassis on the nose, the palate is full-bodied, expansive and loaded with vanilla. This is almost a meal in itself and will need only the heartiest of steaks to stand up to its intensity. |
