Can be a little hard to install if you don't have good access to underside of vehicle, vehicle lift comes in handy. A little harshness is felt through the steering wheel on really rough rough roads, but is to be expected. Steering wheel inputs are now very responsive and able to "feel" what the front tires are doing while cornering.
