1880-S Morgan Silver Dollar PCGS MS-67
This brilliant specimen is a real beauty. The deep, glossy fields accentuate the portrait, eagle, and other bold devices. Hardly any contact marks are visible in the fields, except for a “streaked-look” that partially veils Ms. Liberty and the eagle. The denticles display a light, auburn color, only adding to this already stunning 1880-S Morgan dollar |

1880-P & 1900-P Morgan Silver Dollars Very Fine
1880 Philadelphia Morgan Dollar Issued just two years after the Morgan silver dollar's introduction in 1878, the 1880 Philadelphia Morgan had relatively high mintage of 12.6 million. But today it's a relative scarcities. The reason is that tremendous numbers were lost in later U.S. government melts during the world wars - hugely disproportionate to other mints' issues of the day. Although fewer Morgans were struck at San Francisco in 1880, those massive melts have made the Philadelphia issue much... |

1st Seven Years New Orleans Morgan Silver Dollar
Here are the Morgan Silver Dollars minted in the first seven years of the New Orleans Mint's life as a post-Civil War mint. The New Orleans Mint functioned as a Confederate Mint during the Civil War, and is famous for producing the only two coins of the Confederate States of America, the Penny and Half Dollar. Included in the set are the 1879, 1880, 1881, 1882, 1883, 1884, and 1885 'O' mint-marked Morgans, all struck from .900 Fine Silver. Despite the fact that each is over 125 years old, these fine... |

U.S. Morgan Silver Dollar 1880-S Very Fine
In 1880, at the height of the Wild West era, the Morgan dollar was the only silver coin struck by the San Francisco Mint. Consequently, special care was lavished on the production of these coins. When considering which Morgan silver dollar was the most beautifully minted for commerce, numismatists almost invariably narrow the field to the 1880-S and 1881-S issues. Very Fine quality. |

U.S. Morgan Silver Dollar 1880-P Brilliant Uncirculated
Here's one of the best buys today among early Morgan dollars. Other issues for the date are up to 18 times more plentiful in mint-state condition. The vast majority of the 1880 Philadelphia mintage was lost forever in government melts during the world wars. U.S. Morgan Silver Dollar 1882-S Very Fine
The 1878-1882 first five San Francisco Mint Morgans are considered the best-struck in the 95-issue series. At the time, the recently opened S-Mint had the nation's finest coin- producing equipment and specialized in Morgan silver dollars. The 1882-S issue is vastly scarcer than the most popularly collected 1880-S and 1881-S Morgans of the "fabulous five" earliest S-Mint Morgan issues. In fact, it's even more elusive than the 1878-S and 1879-S issues in the nicely detailed Very Fine quality we offer... |

USA 1880-CC Carson City Morgan Silver Dollar GSA Brilliant Uncirculated
Brilliant Uncirculated condition. 1880-CC Silver Dollars had a low mintage of only 591,000. These are 21 times rarer than silver dollars minted the same year at Philadelphia, 9 times rarer than New Orleans, and 15 times rarer than San Francisco. A large percentage of these coins were probably melted in 1918, when over 270 million silver dollars were melted by the United States under provisions of the Pittman Act. |
