to Convert and Burn mov, Quicktime or iMovie to VCD on Mac OS X using iVCD (Download)
As you add movies to the Movie List, pay attention to the Green/Amber/Red indicator bar at the top of the iVCD screen. Try to keep the indicator below the red area to prevent overburning the CD. Once you're more familiar with iVCD, you'll have a better idea of how many minutes you can put on a CD, given the type of video you are burning. For more information, refer to the iVCD Read Me (pdf)

The reason why I didn't mention this the first time is that this demo version was crippled (breaks after 5 minutes) and that would piss some people off in a way. Also, if you have the FFusion component installed, you might want to remove it and use the 3ivx component instead as FFusion is known to cause this program to crash.
