The PXHVW3 harness will allow you to install Peripheral iPod2car, Aux2car and PCD10 products to 2002-05 Volkswagen with premium AM/FM/CD/Cassette radio with a 12-pin connector behind the radio. If the vehicle has been prewired at the factory, you must disconnect this cable to to make room for the PXHVW3. The PXHVW3 features a 12-pin male connector on one end and peripherals proprietary iPod2car/Aux2car/PCD10 connector on the other and because of that this cable will only work with these products.
