This sauce is starting to get some notice, and with it a few awards. Most recently it took a 2nd at the Zest Fest in California 2005. Part of what makes it so unique is that I use an old world, barrel conditioned hard apple cider for the base instead of vinegar. The chile that powers this medium hot sauce is Chipotle. Works great as a sweet marinade.
