I contacted customer service via email when one piece of the game arrived broken. Unfortunately, i no longer had my order number or the exact date of my purchase. Without asking me a bunch of questions, and without delay, the customer service department was able to locate my order using only my name, the recipient's name and the approximate date of purchase! They then shipped the replacement piece so well packaged that it could not have possibly broken again!
