I am thrilled to offer this rare Victorian set. Garnet pieces were very fashionable between 1880-90s. Finding a complete set is rare, and in its original leather box is even more so. This box is also in very good condition, and still has it's original lining. It looks like the owner was partial toward the bracelet, as the gold gilt shows wear. Beautiful Victorian era stickpin is 10k gold and has a very deep rose colored Rhodolite garnet in a lovely filigree setting. The pin is 2 3/8 inches long and the garnet and setting stand 1/4 inch tall. It is faintly marked 10K on the underside of the pin near where it attaches to the setting. It is in very good condition, with one tiny imperfection on the pinstem on the underside.
