Bought set of two gloves as a gift for my older, college-aged son to use in his new job at local bakery taking pastry, cake, pie, and cookie trays and pans out of their huge oven. I got nervous when he said they used thick towels as potholders to grab the pans. The new gloves were very stiff because they are also very thick. I had to wash them first to make the fabric softer to satisfy him. Great quality.
