A great how-to on pinstriping, dragging and stenciling. Watch an ugly dark pine chest of drawers be refinished with a light base coat, then get combed on its sides, pinstriped on the front and top, and stenciled. This is a real "trash-into-treasure" result done in water-based materials that was a lot of fun.

This fine furniture is handcrafted by an Old Order Amish craftsman in his 70's. Due to medical complications he is no longer able to work in the field: as a result his only remaining contribution to the family income is the fine furniture that he crafts. He operates his own sawmill where he harvests, timbers , and dries the hardwood; he then plains, sands, and finishes the hardwood into the fine furniture you see here.
