Shimano offers 2 different MTB Cleats. The SH-51 is a single release cleat, where as the Sh-56 is the Multi-release cleat. Some people like the multi release, but we prefer the single release. We also sell the the SPD-SL road cleats. The SH10 (blk & red) is the fixed cleat. The SH10 SPD-SL Cleat (blk & yel) offers 3 degrees of float.
