I bought this product in "Red Alert." I was hoping for a vivid classic red, and it certainly looked like it in the tube. However, it simply applies too thinly. My lips are a rather odd shade of mauve, and I need VERY opaque coverage to get an attractive look with reds--this was unflattering when worn by itself.
