Fuseworks Microwave Glass Kiln

This compact kiln offers a simple and inexpensive way to begin glass fusing! It fits in a standard-size microwave oven, and fuses small pieces in 3–4 minutes. Interior dimensions are 3" diameter × 1½" deep (8 cm × 4 cm). Use only with microwaveable glass. Interior Dimensions Diameter 3" 8 cm Depth 1½" 4 cm

Place your glass project on the kiln-washed base of the kiln (the base is the smaller part). Close the lid (the lid is the larger part), and insert the entire kiln into the microwave oven. Turn the Microwave on. In a few minutes the project piece is fused. (Careful, it's very hot !!). Cool to room temperature on a heat resistant surface (not on a wooden cutting board !!). The entire process is completed in about an hour.
