We love this feeder. It did tip over in a 50 mph wind as we didn't have it stabalized good enough for that wind. The tray got broken. The Best News, called the Effortless Co. and they not only replaced the tray at no cost, they didn't even charge for the shipping cost. You won't get that kind of treatment every day.
